According to news report on following link, a PIA male cabin crew member accused of theft is held in UK. British customs officials recovered cell phones from baggage of the crew member who was going to perform duty on airline's flight PK-786 from London-Heathrow to Islamabad.

Its shameful that theft and smuggling happens so often with PIA employees. Management need to crack down, their own employees don't have respect for the airline, no surprises with the current state of the airline.

BTW, were those stolen cell phones recovered from the baggage of cabin crew? From where they get stolen cell phones in UK?

^^They were recovered from the luggage of one of the male flight attendants. There are many places such as black markets in the UK where you can buy stolen phones very cheaply.

Other departments may have a minute number of employees like these compared to Flight Services.
