Flydubai to Increase Flights for Karachi, Multan & Sialkot

Dubai:

Flydubai said from July 10 it will increase frequencies to Karachi to 28 flights per week and to Multan up to nine flights a week. From July 13, services to Sialkot will go up to eight flights per week.

I'm surprised they don't already serve Islamabad and Lahore. Does anyone know why that is?

Also, that's a lot of daily flights from Karachi to Dubai:
Emirates: Six times a day (soon to be seven times on some days)
PIA: Two times a day
FlyDubai: Four times a day
Airblue: Daily
Shaheen: Daily

I guess that EK will be the next one to upgrade SKT Flights to daily Flights.
