Why PK204,PK323-DXB-LHE landed on the side of 18L Runway?

You mean those A320 flights landed on Runway 18L?
Runway 18L can be used for takeoff and landing. I've seen video of a PIA Boeing 747-300 departure from Runway 18L.

It depends on weather and air direction, i have seen so many landings from 18 L infect i landed on 18 L came from Dubai too...
