Between Shaheen, PIA and Air Blue the airlines are now using at least 20 A320 aircraft.
Might be a good time for them to pool in the resources and bring in at least two flight simulators for pilot training.
All three will gain from the simulators instead of sending their crews overseas for training.

Re: A320 Flight Simulators
Request for Proposal (RFP) that appeared in March 19, 2013, newspaper for acquisition of Airbus A320-200 and ATR 42/72-500 Full Flight Simulator on Build-Lease-Transfer (BLT) Modality for PIA.
According to the RFP:
Infrastructure Project Development Facility (IPDF) in collaboration with Pakistan International Airlines Corporation (PIAC) invites proposal(s) from private parties to finance the acquisition of ATR and/or A320 simulator(s) and then lease the same to PIAC for a prescribed concession period. Interested parties can opt to bid for either or both simulators.
IPDF is a company established under the aegis of Ministry of Finance, Government of Pakistan to facilitate the development of projects under Public Private Partnership modality.
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is a national flag carrier. Currently PIA sends its A320 and ATR crew abroad for transition and recurrent training. Both aircraft are likely to serve as basic aircraft in PIA fleet.
