Chinese are ready to invest in PIA and Pakistan CAA, according to news report on following link:

Maybe they are interested in:

* Twenty-six percent of PIA shares to be offered to strategic investor who will also get management control of the airline.

* The new aviation policy of Pakistan proposes outsourcing of landside areas of major international airports of Pakistan at Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore. Presently Pakistan CAA is managing these airports.
