As per news reports, PIA staff and passengers being harassed in Bangladesh by local security agencies. The residence of PIA station manager Ali Abbas was raid by security authorities, and earlier PIA flight from Dhaka was searched without any clarification. PIA canceled PK-266 to Dhaka, Bangladesh and raised concerns over harassment to Government of Pakistan.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Foreign Office on Thursday contacted the Bangladesh High Commission, seeking clarification on Bangladeshi security agencies harassing Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) crew and passengers.
According to private media quoting PIA sources, Bangladeshi intelligence officers have been harassing the PIA crew for the past two months.
On Wednesday, PIA flight PK-266 was delayed for three hours due to security checks.
PIA Station Manager Ali Abbass was also held by the security forces in Bangladesh and was later deported to Pakistan.
Several raids have also been conducted on the houses of PIA officials on suspicion of smuggling fake currency.

According to media reports, security forces raided the house of PIA country manager in Bangladesh, Ali Abbas, three days ago and allegedly harassed him and his family members.
The security forces also checked a PIA flight (PK-266) and allegedly harassed passengers. The plane only left for Karachi from Dhaka after a three-hour delay.
PIA, while expressing serious concerns over the alleged misconduct by Dhaka security officials, has suspended its operations to and from Bangladesh.

In recent days, PIA cancelled flights between Karachi and Dhaka on February 21, 23 & 26.
The airline's last two PIA flights between Karachi and Dhaka on February 22 & 25 were performed by Boeing 737-86N registration TC-TJO wet leased from Corendon Airlines.

PIA resumed flights between Karachi and Dhaka today (March 9).
The airline's Airbus A320-214 registration AP-BLB performed Karachi to Dhaka flight PK-266 today.

Pakistan should have had given a Stern Warning to Bangladesh High Commission, "If PIA Staff Stationed in Dhaka is Harassed, Pakistani Airspace would be Closed for all Aircrafts bearing AOC's from CAA Bangladesh" We need to stand-up & dictate nations like Bangladesh. Tit for Tat Policy should be used, Same goes for Indian's as well..
