Re: Rayyan Air Status
According to ch-aviation.com admin this company has been renamed AHS Air International probably due to US blacklisting for flying things to Syria, coincidentally a Greek cargo airline Aerospace One which was also blacklisted has shut down too.

Re: Rayyan Air Status
Its now owned by AHS Air International according to ch-aviation, see topic on AHS Air in forum and fleet here http://www.ch-aviation.com/portal/aircr ... =1&cha=AHS
Surprised no one is commenting on the status of Rayyan, many people here on the forum with links at Airport CAA, Airlines etc to clarify whats happened yet no one giving a proper reply, I think F.K and ch-aviation are right, after being blacklisted by US authority this company has shut down and restarted its cargo wing under a new name.

Re: Rayyan Air Status
Sorry to bring back this old thread.
I believe, that the Rayyan Air (which does a weekly flight between Islamabad and Kashgar, operated by PIA?) in now a travel agency or tour operator and no longer an airline with (AOC): http://rayyanair.com/
From what I know, two B747s now flies with AHS Air International (AP-BIO & AP-BKS), while the 3rd (AP-BKI) is on ground in Karachi or already scrapped there (any confirmation for the scrapping?)
AP-BIO: http://www.aparm.net/ap-baa_ap-bzz/ap-b ... ap-bio.htm (owner: M/S Agneet Sky Limited, Ireland)
AP-BKS: http://www.aparm.net/ap-baa_ap-bzz/ap-b ... ap-bks.htm

The third one was only bought for spares, it has not been spotted in any new pics from KHI.
