PAF Jet Crashes Near Quetta - Pilot Safe

According to news sources, a Pakistan Air Force (PAF) aircraft on a routine training mission crashed near Quetta today.

The pilot of the aircraft was able to eject safely. The aircraft crashed without causing any loss of property or life on the ground.

Aircraft type not mentioned in news reports.

Could be Chengdu F-7PG Skybolt fighter/interceptor aircraft of PAF No. 17 "Tigers" Squadron or No. 23 "Talons" Squadron that are based at PAF Base Samungli.

The aircraft crashed near Balali in Quetta, according to PTV News.

It was an F-7PG from PAF Base Samungli.
