SKT is a privately owned airport and there is no concern to sue CAA as the whole construction responsibility is on SIAL management. CAA and other security forces provide their services to SIAL for flight operations.Squawk_1200 wrote:If Shaheen Air was conducting this engine run test in the designated and approved area , and all the ground safety precautions were taken by Shaheen, then legally Shaheen should take CAA to the court ( without costing them a bankruptcy looking for justice in Pakistan ) and CAA should pay the repair bill for damage caused to their airplane by poor cheap work at ramp edges by builders and CAA.
