The aircraft and its passengers are safe.

According to Express News channel, it was aerial firing taking place at a marriage ceremony in Koral near Islamabad Airport.

The flight is confirmed as Jeddah to Islamabad PA-271 of airblue.

The aircraft after undergoing inspection at Islamabad Airport has been cleared to operate its next flight.

Flights operation at the airport continues.

strang eof this complain. chaklala is home to military many helis flying all day all night. area is guarded by paf and asf. where are retired jawan of caa they dont know abt it? are we waiting for some serious incident. very bad and thoughtless of people celebration firing on aircraft if any incident responsible for damage and so many lives very sad. i think media should also show this as public service like they devote time to make false lies about PIA
