I can see personal vendetta by author against TK, Looks to me he is pretty much obsessed with serving food as only criteria for Quality of Service. Now TK is serving over 200 destinations, and direct threat to ME3 carriers, i don't see any comparison between these two Airlines.

Well the author has written the truth. I travelled with Turkish from Amsterdam to Islamabad. It was the same story, the flight from Ams to Ist was very good. But the flight from Ist to Isb was pretty much what the author has written. Rude crew and the same food issues. The crew wasnt helpfull and were rather ignorant towards the passengers.
