J757 or AP-001 VIP Airbus A310

"Pakistan Air-force marking and registration number J757 removed from this VIP Airbus A310 aircraft owned by Government of Pakistan."

Facebook page, Pakistan International Airlines (Photo) stated about J757 or AP-001 VIP A310.

As i know, a few years ago, PIA refused to operate this aircraft for their regular operations because removal of VIP cabin interiors and installation of new commercial interior was not economic. So, whats going to happen with this aircraft?
