Boeing 747 Freighter Registered in Pakistan as AP-BKS

Does anyone know operator of 1987-built Boeing 747-281B freighter (construction number 23813) registered in Pakistan as AP-BKS ?

Is it Rayyan Air or Vision Air ?

It was one of the VeternAvia aircraft. VeternAvia is a sister company of Rayyan Air. From what I know VeternAvia used to have 3 742s based out of Saudi Arabia doing SV Cargo contract. However as this particular aircraft is now more than 25 years old, SV dont want to lease it so it has gone to Rayyan Air and registered as AP-BKS.
To answer your question, AP-BKS is a Rayyan Air aircraft now.

Loadmaster or some other member of cargo loading crew can be trained to serve meals to passengers on upper deck.

What kind of airport is there at Kashgar? Can it accomodate a 747? Whats the airport code? I doubt flying a 747 with just upper deck having pax and load masters serving meals would make any money on the route.

I think there's possibility of operating Boeing 747 cargo flights with small number of seats on upper deck offered to fare paying passengers. The main revenue for such flights is earned through cargo carried by the aircraft.

Rayyan Air has operated Ilyushin Il-76 cargo flights between Islamabad and Kashgar.

According to information on Rayyan Air Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/RayyanAir, now they intend to operate passenger flights between Islamabad and Kashgar with Airbus A310-300 aircraft in collaboration with PIA.

There are different licences for cargo and passenger operations. I doubt they can put passengers in a cargo flight/plane.

I believe it can be done but would it be feasible? Operating this aircraft as aschedueled passenger flight would mean that only cargo that can fly on a passenger plane could only be flown on this freighter there for restricting these flights from carrying freight that is marked C.A.O. (Cargo Aircraft Only).
