another joke! which serious parties will have time to waste with these invitations for bids that ulimately are cancelled!
they didnt mention age of aircraft they r looking.
they must have got a wake up call yesterday when their only operating b737 could have been grounded after the bird strike
what happened to the recent one where they split it into 2: older and newer planes?
This is tiresome! Issuing a tender, when it is well understood the new government wants to put a new management structure in all loss making organisations.
As Mac777 rightly says no one will be interested to bid again and again, especially when they know the current management is not going to be there for long.
