Air Indus, a new commercial airline in the private sector, is looking for experienced, dynamic and dedicated individuals for the following positions:

Cabin Crew (Male/Female)
The selected candidates should possess at least bachelors' degree along with Cabin Crew competency certificate of CAA, and achieved Boeing 737-300/400/500 type rating. The individuals should not be more than 28 years of age, and must have minimum height 5'.2", fair skinned, eye sight (20/40, 60/120, 0.5 recommended) and be medically fit. He/she should also have good communication skills in English and Urdu. Proficiency in a regional language will be an added advantage.

Reservation Staff
The selected candidates should possess at least bachelors' degree along with minimum 3 years experience working for an airline or IATA approved travel agents. He/she should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Dear ABASS from witch country they are getting aircrafts ? I think it should be with registration VP or EI. If it is . Then from where they will get MRO staff with EASA Licence ? Because any Local technician with CAA Pakistan Maintenance licenc cannot give CRS or even touch plane.

So, if a black person or a person with a darker skin wanted to work, given they had years of experience and they met all the other criteria, the "Air Indus jokers" would actually reject their application just because of the colour of their skin? It could only happen in Pakistan..

There is discrimination in all aspects of life in Pakistan. This way of wording and then hiring the staff is wrong. It is illeagal to do this here in the UK and EU. It would be interesting to see what happens IF/WHEN air indus applies for flights to/from UK in few years time. I can already see already biased British press having a laugh.
