Interesting photo - thank you for sharing.
Any particular reason for grounding AP-BEC? I think it did not fly again after experiencing engine fire on October 6, 2013.

Yes, it was down same after that incident and later moved to JIAP junkyard. I'm not sure about any particular reason for grounding of AP-BEC .

Indeed.
What a sad state of affairs.
Assuming they're in working order, some of those components such as the FMS (is that a Sperry?) could be quite valuable.

Sorry to say but this is a bit "good" condition after grounding. You can't imagine about rest of cabin.
It will be awful to see
AP-BFV, AP-BFU, AP-BGQ and AP-BGS in their current state.

Why does PIA not withdraw AP-BEC from its register like it has done with AP-BGQ, BGS and BEB??

Pakistan CAA Certificate of Airworthiness (CofA) for aircraft is issued for 12 months.
The CofA issued to AP-BEC must be expired now.
The aircraft gets de-registered from Pakistan CAA aircraft register in case its CofA remains expired for two years.

Not sure about
AP-BEU , which may come back soon.
AP-BGN also down and no recovery sign in close future.
