PIA Planning to Resume Flights for Yangon?

On following news link, PIA is mentioned as one of the airlines that are expected to resume flights for Yangon, Myanmar.

PIA in the past operated regular scheduled passenger flights for Yangon. Following advertisement from 1990s mentions Yangon as one of PIA destinations in the Far East.
