Questions about PIA and Amsterdam

I had a few questions about PIA and Amsterdam. Does PIA make use of catering services from Gategourmet in the Netherlands? and what about the crew changes of flights. Do they change only during the stop over in Frankfurt? And who is their aircraft handler? because a year ago they used Menzies aviation if i am correct and now they make use of Aviapartner? any reason for this change?

I only managed to find out that they are being handled by Aviapartner.
