My mistake Abbas. Thanks for updating me.Abbas Ali wrote:Currently AirBlue has following 5 aircraft in its fleet and all of them are active.Murad wrote: How could Airblue keep unwhorty airplanes when it has already an extensive route network and only 4 airbus a319s to acommodate these routes?
4 x Airbus A319 (AP-BIE, AP-BIF, AP-EDB & AP-EDC)

On the side note. Is Airblue in process for acquiring more aircrafts?

Re: Bhoja Air Aircraft Fleet
On following link is photo of Bhoja Air Boeing 737-236 Advanced registered in Pakistan as AP-BKC. It's 1984-built Boeing 737 airframe construction number 23167.

Apparently they have painted out British Airways tail and fuselage markings/titles and replaced them with Bhoja Air logo and titles.

Re: Bhoja Air Aircraft Fleet
Has another Bhoja Air Boeing 737-236 Advanced registered in Pakistan as AP-BKE also arrived at Karachi Airport ?
The airline needs three airworthy aircraft to start scheduled flight operations.

Re: Bhoja Air Aircraft Fleet
With Bhoja Air coming up soon, with currently operational Shaheen Air and Airblue....the question is will Bhoja Air make the Pakistani Private Airline sector saturated? Will it make way for Air Indus or complicate, the factors considered buying/leasing the aircraft is obvious in Pakistan. B737-200 is cheaper than the new ones however the new ones would be more fuel efficient. Bhoja Air should have opted for the much newer B737-400 in my view. Start with 2 or 3 than slowly make their way up, its 2012 and private airlines of Pakistan are going backwards... how ironic.
