Around 150 PIA Aircraft Technicians Trying to Join Other Airlines

According to news report on following link, around 150 PIA aircraft technicians have appeared in job interviews to join other airlines that are offering better salary package and benefits.

According to a PIA spokesperson, more than five thousand people are working in airline's engineering department which has not received resignation from any technician so far.

it will continue to happen unless administration wave off extra force and increase salary packages as per international standard for the required force to play the operations of PIA :!:

This is not more than a lie. Too many already resigned and others lined up.

BTW, Qatar and Emirates are two major airlines hiring PIA technicians.

What they really need to review is that they are producing tons of B1 and B2 qualified trainees every year and from past 5 years not even a single certified trainee has been hired by PIA. There was no need to open training centres in different cities when they knew that they won't be able to accomodate even a single trainee.
